Buyout process

A. Initiate Buyout

Tap on the icon

Select “Propose buyout”

Acknowledge the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the checkbox.
Select “I understand and wish to proceed”

Select “Confirm”

B. Start Buyout

Input the amount of USDC you want to offer.
Select “Approve USDC”

Select “Approve”

Wait for the transaction to complete

Input the amount of RET you want to offer.
Select “Approve RETs”

Select “Approve”

Wait for the transaction to complete

Click on “Make buyout offer”

Select “Confirm”

Wait for the transaction to complete

Tap on “Done”

Your buyout offer will appear. It will take some time for the result of the Buyout. Do check your offer regularly for updates

C. Claim NFT From Successful Buyout

If the Buyout is successful, you will be able to claim ownership.
Tap on “Claim ownership”

Acknowledge the Claiming Instructions by clicking
‍“I understand”

Select “Confirm”

Wait for the transaction to complete

Click “Done”.
You would have successfully completed the Buyout.
Check your MetaMask wallet for the property NFT

D. Claim Real Estate Tokens From Successful Counterclaim

Tap on “Counterclaim”

Input the Contribution Amount of USDC to be added into the Counterclaim Pool.
Click “Approve USDC”

Select “Next”

Select “Approve”

Wait for the transaction to complete

Tap on “Contribute”

Select “Confirm”

Wait for the transaction to complete

Click “Done”

Once the Counterclaim has succeeded, you will be able to claim RETs.
Tap on “Claim RETs”

Select “Confirm”

Wait for the transaction to complete

Click “Done”.
Check your MetaMask wallet for the RETs

E. Failed Buyout

If the Buyout fails, you will be able to claim your USDC.
Tap on “Claim refund”

Select “Confirm”

Wait for the transaction to complete

Click “Done”.
