Imagine buying a piece of real estate today — between the mortgage, interest, property taxes, and insurance, it would easily take you at least 20 years to recover the initial capital and truly own your real estate.
Of course, if you live in the property, you are deriving value from it during the decades you spend paying back those financial obligations. However, wouldn’t it be alot more attractive to be able to recover your initial outlay in a shorter time span for all other commercial real estate that you own?
With CitaDAO, you can recover the initial capital in 2 years instead of 20 years. Let’s say you participate in CitaDAO’s upcoming process to Introduce Real Estate On-Chain (IRO), and you obtain a Real Estate Token. You can then stake that token into a liquidity pool to earn CitaDAO platform tokens, which are valuable in their own right.
CitaDAO tokens have utility in guiding the governance of the platform, and accrue value via the fees and Real Estate Tokens in the treasury. As a result, if you hold CitaDAO real estate tokens and stake to receive CitaDAO platform tokens, you will be deriving value not only from the real estate itself, but from the overall platform ecosystem.
That means you will be accruing value from the underlying real estate as well as from the overall ecosystem in the form of CitaDAO platform tokens as a reward for participating in liquidity pools.
The ecosystem value is not available to participants in TradFi as it is mostly captured by the financial institutions. Of course, the earlier you obtain these Real Estate Tokens, the higher the rewards from participating in the liquidity pools. TradFi real estate generally takes 20 to 30 years to recover the initial capital, while CitaDAO’s DeFi users can recover the initial capital in as little as 2 years!
CitaDAO platform tokens are like the Bitcoin and Ethereum of Real Estate, while the Real Estate Tokens are like the Bitcoin and Ethereum mining machines. Imagine today, you buy a Bitcoin mining machine for $20k, but successfully mine 1 bitcoin within the year. Not only do you recover your initial capital outlay within the year, you also walk away with a decent reward for participating in the Bitcoin ecosystem. The same principle applies to CitaDAO and the Real Estate Tokens.
To truly maximize your capital efficiency and reduce the number of years to recover your initial capital, participate in the CitaDAO IROs as early as possible. Then, once you have received the Real Estate Tokens, LP those Real Estate Tokens in liquidity pools as soon as possible to maximize your capital efficiency. As an additional benefit, CitaDAO will also be rewarding intrepid early stakers with stablecoins and bonus tokens for our Genesis IRO!
For a new web3 project like CitaDAO, the old proverb that the “early bird gets the worm” becomes doubly true. Bitcoin and Ethereum for the blockchain yesterday is what CitaDAO is to Real Estate today!

What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
